I've been in New Rochelle its full of thugs and lowlifes. They're trying to gentrify the area with New Roc but it backfired. Not really a homo-friendly neighborhood lol. Light Plains isn't really gay friendly either, the people who party there are straight. Overall I'd say Westchester area has no homosexual scene. You re better off going to the city.

Celebrate June Pride:

  • Rye Town Park kicks off Pride Month on May 31 at Rye Town Park with the 5th Annual Pride Month Celebration. The day will be filled with art, music, activities, a procession, and an after-party on the beach.

  • Westchester Pride Hosted by The LOFT is a free, family-friendly event taking place June 1 in downtown White Plains. Brimming with joy, empowerment, and connection, the celebration includes performances, activities, and resources for all ages. 

  • Investigate the science of rainbows through many mediums on June 7 and 8 during Pride Weekend at Westchester Children's Museum.  

  • New Rochelle's Identity festival Festival returns on June 7 with entertainment, games and plenty of delicious bites. 

  • Spend an evening out on June 13 at Friday Night Pride in the Village of Hastings-on-Hudson. The festivities begin at The Good Witch Coffee Bar with banner making and a reading by children's author, Kyle Lukoff. Then, march to the center of town led by Funkrust Brass Band where you'll find food, entertainment, games and activities for the whole family.
