There are a number of reasons to practice naked. While our culture often equates creature naked with sex, other cultures contain found that creature naked removes many social and economic barriers. It is also very freeing to move the body without the restriction of clothing, and yoga provides a great way to deepen body acceptance. Also, existence naked can carry up many of our vulnerabilities. By facing these fears in the context of a protected and supportive people of men, we naturally become more grounded and pleasant with ourselves.
Men of all shapes, sizes, colors, ages and physical abilities are welcome to join. Whether you are straight, gay or bi; new to yoga or a long time yogi – you are welcome. All you need is yourself, a bottle of water and a towel and a yoga mat.

Naked Yoga for Men
A while assist I started to attend the 'Naked Yoga For Men' class in my home city of Amsterdam. Although living with a woman for many years, I had always been drawn to guys in my sexual fantasies. It started off when I was in my university rowing crew; spending hours at a time with beautiful, tall men provided me with the opportunity to explore semi naked bodies, and I liked what I saw.
Whilst firmly in the attracted to both genders camp in my fantasy nature, I have always dated girls and enjoy the romance and sexual energy that women transport to a relationship. I was happy with the way I carve things up; whilst I devoted time and emotion to my girlfriend in the genuine world, watching gay and attracted to both genders porn and performing for guys on cam gave me the outlet I needed to indulge my gay side, albeit that it was never 'in the flesh'.
I'd been taking the identical yoga classes for several year when the opportunity for naked yoga presented itself.

Naked Yoga Camp is a male only event. However, some of the on-site support staff may identify as female. There are restrooms and showers and wi-fi throughout the retreat site. There are also plenty of buildings with electricity where you can charge your cell phones. Classes will be held in both indoor, air-conditioned facilities and outdoor spaces. There are water fountains and water bottle refill stations in most buildings. We highly recommend renting a car. Yoga Camp is unlock to ALL levels of yogis!
