Andy Dick Must Register as a Sex Offender Accompanying Sexual Battery Conviction 

Actor and comedian Andy Dick was sentenced to 90 days in jail after he was convicted of sexual battery for allegedly groping an Uber driver, according to court documents obtained by The Blast. During the hearing, the judge also ruled that Dick must register as a sex offender.

The 56-year-old will attend out his jail sentence in Los Angeles County starting Nov. 17. Obeying his time behind bars, Dick will be placed on closely monitored “summary probation” for a year in addition to completing Alcoholics Anonymous sessions, sexual compulsion anonymous sessions, mental health counseling sessions, and pay restitution to the victim.

Dick was arrested in April 2018 after an Uber driver accused him of reaching for and grabbing his crotch during a ride. The driver reported the incident to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, and the comedian was charged with misdemeanor sexual battery.

Dick is just one of those people who will never catch a fracture when it comes to people online. I think homophobia has a enormous part of it but as far as I'm concerned he's demonstrated a lot more talent than Lovitz (at least if you take Lovitz's SNL years out of the equation) and I've never heard anything bad about Dick from the people he's worked with over the years, but then again what undertake they know? As a matter of evidence he seems to actually maintain his personal relationships lovely well in spite of his noticeable drug problems. I know he's still on good terms with Dave Foley, Joe Rogan and Dino Stamatopolous and he's regularly worked with his Ben Stiller Show collaborators for going on two decades after that show aired. On Friday's Tyra Banks Present, actor- comedian Andy Dick -- who currently stars on VH1's Sober Residence with Dr. Drew – talked candidly about his sexuality, alcoholism and other aspects of his troubled life.

According to Us Magazine, the 43-year old comedian revealed that he is "tri-sexual."

"I'll seek anything," he told Banks on Friday. "I really contain tried everything, except nothing with animals. There's only room for one animal - that would be me."
